  • What does CleanPro do?

    CleanPro is a cleaning company based out of Bangalore. Our team of cleaning professionals offer a wide range of cleaning options for both residential and commercial establishments. Our services give you more time to enjoy your family and weekend activities without having to spend that time cleaning your home.

  • Do you clean in my area?

    We operate in almost all areas of Bangalore. While sending a request, please mention your area so we can arrange for the team closest to your locality to be sent over.

  • What is the difference between CleanPro services and other cleaning companies?

    CleanPro is a young company run by professionals who have extensive experience in cleaning commercial and residential establishments. We run our business with transparency, and we adopt the latest in cleaning technology. We have a bunch of happy employees and we pay our cleaning professionals the best salary in the market. We do not hire any casual staff for any of our regular cleaning jobs. All of our employees are screened, reference checked, and on boarded according to a strict procedure. They're also insured, just in case there is any accident. Our employees are thorough professionals and they deliver the best service according to our clients’ satisfaction.

  • Should i stay home during the cleaning appointment?

    Yes, it is advisable that either you or one of your family members or friends be at the house during the cleaning appointment. This will help you coordinate and inspect the cleaning process better.

  • What time will the cleaning professionals be at my home?

    We try to reach your home right on time every single time. On rare occasion, there might be some delays because of unforeseen difficulties caused by traffic related issues or unexpected transport problems.

  • Can i book a same day cleaning?

    We do typically not offer same day cleaning because of operations and logistics constraints. But we do try to accommodate same day cleaning whenever possible.

  • What if i need to reschedule a cleaning appointment?

    Please call our office to inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule, but we request that you avoid rescheduling as much as possible because there is a lot of operational and logistic effort that goes into putting a cleaning team to service your requirements at the scheduled time.

  • Can i cancel a booking?

    Please call our office to inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations impact our operations quite a lot because it takes a lot of time and effort to execute a cleaning job. But if there are unavoidable situations, we understand and you may need to cancel the booking.

  • Do we have to sign a contract?

    It depends on the nature of the service that you require. For a residential one-off cleaning job, we don't require you to sign a contract. We rely on open communication followed by evaluation of the service, and e-mail exchanges. But if the residential cleaning services to be rendered on a regular basis, we will need to sign a contract before the execution of service. The contract will mention the scope of work and other terms and conditions along with the payment details.

  • What can i expect before the cleaning?

    Before our cleaning team arrives at your home, we will review the details of your cleaning requirement and share an estimate for your approval. Once you approve, we go ahead with the cleaning plan.

  • What should i do before the cleaning team arrives?

    In order to make the house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping team. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed by the customer in advance. You must also ensure that all cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques, and other valuable items are stored away when the cleaning work is carried out.

    The company will not be responsible for the customer's failure to comply with this obligation. Our cleaners will be happy to move furniture. However, the cleaner will attempt to move only the furniture that requires the effort of no more than one person. If all our cleaning staff are engaging in moving furniture, it may affect the work schedule. Also, if the furniture is not shifted properly it may damage the item, and therefore we recommend that our cleaners do not move heavy furniture.

  • What does your team not clean?

    Our team will not wash dishes, do laundry, clean toys, pets, vessels and utensils, chimney, or insides of electrical equipment such as refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and exhaust fan. All the details of the cleaning activities will be mentioned at the time of engaging us for a service.

  • What kind of chemicals and machines do you use?

    As a policy, we offer only pH balanced products for cleaning. We do not use acidic chemicals unless absolutely necessary in some situations. Also, we do not use any locally available acids or strong chemicals which may damage your property or irritate your skin.

  • Do i have to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

    No. Our cleaning crew will get all the necessary supplies and equipment.

  • How many of your team members will be in my home during the cleaning job?

    Typically it depends on the nature of the job and the size of your home. But in all cases, there will be a supervisor who will also be in charge of the team and the execution of the job.

  • Can i tip your cleaner?

    You may tip the cleaner if you so desire. It is entirely up to you.

  • Can i trust your cleaner?

    Yes the cleaner has gone through an extensive application process including an in-person interview, reference checks, and a third-party security screen. But it is always advisable to keep all your valuables and sentimental things safely locked away during the cleaning job.

  • What are your rates?

    For a residential cleaning job, our pricing is completely customised as every home is as unique as the people who live there. We base our pricing on several factors such as the size of the house, the location, the amount of dirt and clutter in the house etc. This is why we would like to meet with you before quoting a price.

  • How do i pay for your residential cleaning services?

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company, we require immediate payment on completion of the work. The client must make the payment either by cash, wire transfer, or credit/debit card before the cleaner leaves the client’s premises. A receipt confirmation shall be made available to the client. In some cases, the customer may have to pay 50% of the total cost in advance.
