Cleanpro's delivery team will come to your house and clean your bathroom/s as per the pre-decided schedule. If there is any change in schedule you can give us a call at least 3 days prior and we will accommodate your request of change of schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay the entire subscription price in advance?

Yes you will have to pay the amount for the subscription duration you are selecting, in advance. Minimum subscription duration is 3 months. 

Can I change or cancel subscription after initial payment confirmation?

No. Once you have opted for a plan and made the initial payment, you can neither cancel the subscription midway, nor change the subscription plan. We do this because the money you pay for each service (starting from the first service) is tied to the total subscription duration. 

What type of cleaning is included in subscription plan?

All our subscription plans for bathroom cleaning only include general cleaning service. Deep cleaning is not included in any of the subscription packs. 

Is the subscription price inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all the final subscription prices mentioned in the calculator above are inclusive of 18% GST. But the per service rates we have mentioned above - 350, 300 and 250 - are excluding GST.

Once I make the payment when will you start the cleaning?

Once you subscribe to any plan and make the payment, we will contact you and get your preferred date and time to schedule the first and subsequent cleaning services. But we need at least 3 days advance notice to schedule any cleaning service. So if you make the payment, we will be able to schedule the first cleaning service only after 3 days.
